                              RESOLUTION NO. 21842
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO 
                 ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FAIN PENNINGTON 
                 FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE CHATTANOOGA 
                 POLICE DEPARTMENT.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Chief of Police be and is hereby 
       authorized to enter into an Agreement with Fain Pennington for 
       consulting services to the Chattanooga Police Department, a copy 
       of said Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein.
